“30 DAY SQUAT CHALLENGE”
Time to work on that “Bubble Butt”!!! Starting tomorrow and for almost the entire month of March we are having our first “30 Days Squat Challenge”. Our wonderful athlete Priscilla gave me the idea Today and I thought we could do this! The number of squats per day will not change from the ones in the picture but we are adding our own twist and mixing it up on the week days practicing different types of squats. I will post on the WOD how many and what kind of squats we are doing for that day.
The people who can not be at the gym that day will be able to do them at home or where ever they may be and post their challenge count either on the WOD post or on the Challenge post on Facebook. Air Squats are the alternate for days that people can be at the gym for whatever reason. Either way this is for fun and in Preparation to the approaching summer! I want every lady in the gym to feel comfortable to rock a a bikini!!!
All Challenge squats are independent of warm-up and or WOD squats if any. This is above and beyond the normal WOD’s and should be done after the WOD is finished.
Let get those bums perky!!! Or as Caterina says… “Perky butt, perky butt!!!”

Hello Im really excited about the 30 day challenge and I’m wondering after I finish with the 30 day challenge! I start over with 50? Or will change every month?

We are having different Challenges every month and sometimes we go beyond one month depending what the challenge is. We post the main Challenge topic here on the web site and then we follow with everyday post on our Facebook fanpage so that our athletes can do their challenge on a daily basis. Most times we change it up a bit everyday so to make it more fun and “Challenging”. I am glad you are doing it. I encourage you to continue with this challenge and repeat it if you wish or/and follow us on Facebook for future challenges. Best of luck to you.

MY QUESTION IS DO I HAVE TO DO THEM ALL ONE SHOT?
BECAUSE 200 SQUATS WITHOUT A BREAK IS IMPOSSIBLE.
I GOT UP TOO 100 SQUATS AND I WAS FINISHED.
SHOULD WE TAKE BREAKS IN BETWEEN?

Yes! You are allowed to take as many breaks as you may need in order to complete the required amount for that day. Build up your strength and flexibility that way and one day you may be able to do 200 without stopping. Good luck! C.

Does your butt really look like that after?
It depends, but if you never try you will never find out.
How long does it take to start seeing results? Do you have to finish the entire 250 or will you start seeing results midway
It depends. Some of the girls at the gym have seen results already but some haven’t. We have done many different squats and that has been the key for us. If you continue doing squats eventually you will see some results but there is no science that could determine how long it would take you. There are too many variables to predict an exact time. Do you use weights for the squats or do you just do body squats

We have been combining many different squats into the challenge to make it more fun. I guess you can do it however you want and something is better than nothing. But we have been putting someweight in some days and some days we go with no weight. It is up to you. Just do it regardless of how you decide to go. Good luck!

can i do this while i am caring my baby? or is it best to wait after the baby?

Are you pregnant right now? or Have you already given birth to your baby? You would have to consult with your doctor but I have had a lady at my gym that kept working out throughout the entire pregnancy and squats were one of the things the doctor always approved of. Other moves we had to stop due to the pregnancy but the doctor would know best. Good luck and congrats for your baby!

We did 9 different moves in the squat challenge. Follow our next challenge if you like! The squat challenge came to an end last saturday. We are moving on to our “Washboard abs challenge” Starting tomorrow. Take care!

Where can i find the info on other challenges and the different kinds of squats that are being done. I started late but am almost done with the March challenge….190. It has been great fun and i am seeing some results on my 48 year old ass. I like variety though to work different areas. Thanks

You can find the info for the other challenges in the WOD post everyday. Currently we have a “30 Day Abs Challenge” We are only one week into it. You are welcome to join the challenge as well. just open the link where the WOD is posted everyday and at the bottom I post the Challenge move and reps.
