“30 DAY SQUAT CHALLENGE”
Time to work on that “Bubble Butt”!!! Starting tomorrow and for almost the entire month of March we are having our first “30 Days Squat Challenge”. Our wonderful athlete Priscilla gave me the idea Today and I thought we could do this! The number of squats per day will not change from the ones in the picture but we are adding our own twist and mixing it up on the week days practicing different types of squats. I will post on the WOD how many and what kind of squats we are doing for that day.
The people who can not be at the gym that day will be able to do them at home or where ever they may be and post their challenge count either on the WOD post or on the Challenge post on Facebook. Air Squats are the alternate for days that people can be at the gym for whatever reason. Either way this is for fun and in Preparation to the approaching summer! I want every lady in the gym to feel comfortable to rock a a bikini!!!
All Challenge squats are independent of warm-up and or WOD squats if any. This is above and beyond the normal WOD’s and should be done after the WOD is finished.
Let get those bums perky!!! Or as Caterina says… “Perky butt, perky butt!!!”
